Sherwood Systems is authorised and accredited to support Sage 50 and Sage 200 Financial Systems software. We have over 25 years of implementing and supporting Sage software and other accounting systems.
Our Support team also support bespoke accounting modules and vertical applications such as Payroll, Manufacturing, Retail, Construction, and Warehouse systems.
We also support HR software, namely Simply Personnel. This application includes modules relating to the management of Personnel. Recruitment, Training, Employee Self Service, Timesheets and Expenses, Time and Attendance and FEC (Fair Employment).
Sherwood Systems is authorised and accredited to support Sage CRM Systems software. This includes the support of bespoke CRM screens, processes and reports.
Our Technical team are responsible for diagnosing and repairing all hardware and operating system faults. We also provide support and assistance with Disaster Recovery, Anti-Virus, Email and network solutions. We are also able to provide support with cloud and virtual server based systems which include hosted exchange, Office 365, remote system monitoring and other managed services.
Customer Support Administration Team
We can provide different levels of support contracts which are fully covered by a service level agreement. We also have a Customer Support Administration Team that manages and operates our computerised Helpdesk and Support system. This ensures that we meet our response and resolution commitments to each customer.
Support staff are able to provide timely and efficient support through the use of our state of the art computerised Helpdesk System which allows 95% of all calls to be responded within 60 minutes. Eight dedicated support lines allows our staff to provide remote support instantly.
